For One Fathom Bank to Singapore route, pilot will board at Lat 03°05’N Long 100°40’E.
How much notice is required to order a pilotage service?
7 Days
How do the pilot boards and what is the boarding speed ?
On the Lee side by the pilot ladder or combination ladder, speed of about 6 Kts based on weather condition.
What is the duration of pilotage service?
For One Fathom Bank to Singapore route, is about 20-28 hours depending on tidal condition and traffic density.
What is the minimum Under Keel Clearance during the passage under pilotage?
3.5 Metres and subject to Master’s and Owner’s approval
What is the qualification of the pilot coming on board my ship?
Experienced and qualified local pilots with at least 10 years of pilotage experience.
